Dyco Roof Coatings

   A solvent based rubber copolymer roof coating, specially formulated to provide a tough, water resistant seal that remains flexible. Due to its solvent base it will set up in 30 to 60 minutes eliminating the danger of a wash off due to a sudden rain. May be applied at cooler temperatures that would not be suitable for traditional elastomeric roof coatings.
   When dried, this coating is resistant to dirt pick up as it is fortified with Teflon. It protects, beautifies & insulates, displaying high reflective values for cooling your roof.  Although this product is slightly more expensive than traditional roof coatings, its overall quality features are unsurpassed.
  Also available from Dyco is their 20/20 Seam Seal Product.  This product is perfect for sealing roof seams, gutters vent pipe flashing. 20/20 is a tough flexible rubber co-polymer that can be pained over in 8 to 24 hours depending on the thickness of the application.  20/20 is sold in quart and gallon containers.
